About Ben
His journey into accounting began with three tax internships at a CPA firm in Omaha/Lincoln during his college years. After graduation, Ben joined the firm full-time in the Audit department for a year. He then transitioned to the role of Controller at a family business in the merchandising industry. In April 2022, Ben joined the Accounting Team at Aligned Management Services (AMS).
Ben’s role at AMS includes providing accounting and reconciliation services, managing accounts receivable and payable processes, creating budgets and forecasts for clinics, and preparing and presenting financial reports to physicians and shareholders. Although he hasn’t marked a major milestone yet, Ben’s consistent and detailed approach to his work sets a solid foundation for future achievements.
Ben Soukup’s blend of technical expertise, practical experience, and a balanced professional philosophy make him a valuable asset to the AMS team and its clients.
Ben holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Outside of work, Ben enjoys golfing, working out, and spending quality time with his family and friends. He also loves to travel, with his most memorable trip being a visit to Australia. Additionally, Ben enjoys playing games and engaging in various recreational activities.
