Kori’s journey to a leader in engagement and outreach began with her commitment to nurturing and educating young minds in a daycare setting, where she honed her skills in communication, patience, and multitasking.
About Kori
With an impressive career spanning over 26 years, Kori Walker brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for customer service to her role as Engagement Center Manager at AMS.

Though she initially pursued a degree in psychology, Kori’s love for family led her to embrace the role of a stay-at-home mom. This experience further enhanced her organizational and empathetic abilities, essential traits for engaging effectively with leads and patients.

Kori’s professional path took a pivotal turn when she joined AMS partner practice Kugler Vision. Starting at the front desk and on the phones team, she quickly demonstrated her exceptional aptitude for patient interaction and administrative efficiency. Her dedication and outstanding performance earned her a place on the AMS-level Engagement Center (EC) Team, where she excelled in connecting with patients and addressing their needs with care and precision.

Today, as the Manager of the EC Team, Kori leads by example, leveraging her extensive background to foster a supportive and proactive environment. Her comprehensive understanding of patient concerns, combined with her strategic approach to engagement, ensures that every interaction is handled with the utmost professionalism and empathy.
